Returns and refunds

You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days without the need to provide any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party you designate, take possession of the products. Days mean calendar days and include weekends and public holidays. To exercise your right to return the products, you must notify us of your decision to return the products through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) within the withdrawal period. You are welcome to use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not required.

If you wish to return your product(s), please complete and return this form:

  • I/we (*) hereby revoke the contract concluded by me/us (*) for the purchase of the following goods (*)/the provision of the following service (*).
  • Ordered on (*)/received on (*)
  • Name of the consumer(s)
  • Address of the consumer(s)
  • Signature of consumer(s) (only in case of paper communication)
  • Date

(*) Delete where inapplicable.

If you decide to return your purchases, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you. This includes the delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. You will however be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We will repay you without delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the moment on which we receive the returned products. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
The returned products should be undamaged and, if possible, should be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer’s possession, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure sufficient protection against potential damages in transit. You will need to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition properties and functioning of the goods.
